Bias-cut Ballet Skirts For All Dancers


The following guidelines and policies are in place to ensure good business practices and customer service.

LIMITED EDITIONs: PTYD BALLET SKIRTS are made from limited stock, and cannot be back-ordered. Placing your chosen item in the shopping cart does not reserve the item, as the order is only completed once payment has been processed by PayPal. 

MADE to ORDER: Customizable items go into production when the order has been paid in full, in advance. 

SHIPPING: We ship worldwide from Finland using standard post for orders of 10 skirts or less. Items are mailed as Priority Letters (no tracking). If requested, items can be shipped registered or expedited for an additional charge (according to pricing by Finnish mail service Posti). For orders of 10 items or more, we use a mail service with tracking. 

READY-to-WEAR items are shipped within 1-2 working days.

MADE-to-ORDER items are currently shipped within 1-2 weeks.

DELIVERY TIME is not the same as production or shipping time. After the order has been completed and posted, delivery time depends on the destination and address, and the chosen shipping method. 

PTYD BALLET SKIRTS is not responsible for items delayed, lost, stolen or damaged by the mail carrier(s). In such cases, appropriate claims have to be filed with the recipient's domestic mail service or customs office. Items that were returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, can only be re-sent after shipping costs have been re-charged. This re-charge also applies to orders that were first sent with "free shipping."

TAXES and TARIFF FEES: International customers are responsible for all possible taxes and/or tariff fees that are involved with shipping outside of the EU. 

Following EU regulations, unused and unworn ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but as the customer/recipient you must inform us before you return the item(s). Please note that we cannot give you a refund on the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item, we will of course offer you a full refund, including the original shipping cost for a standard priority letter.

The SALE IS FINAL for all made-to-order, customized, or personalized items. Items can only be returned and refunded (or exchanged) if there is a clear fault in the production. I may ask you to provide photographic evidence. Items that were damaged by the mail carrier, or by not following care instructions, cannot be returned and refunded.

Any personal information, such as physical name, sizing, address and contact information is collected only to process your order and assist with customer service issues. PTYD BALLET SKIRTS does not share customer information with third parties.
